About the Clinic

What is GoCLN Clinic?
GoCLN is a preventive and longevity medicine clinic in Roppongi, Tokyo. We conduct structured diagnostic assessments and develop personalized protocols designed to identify and address health risks before they progress to disease.
How is GoCLN different from a traditional hospital or Ningen Dock?
A standard Ningen Dock is designed for disease screening — it asks whether disease is present today. GoCLN is designed for risk identification — it asks what is likely to develop over the next 10 to 20 years, and what can be done now to change that trajectory. Our assessments include markers, imaging, and analytic tools that most general health checks do not cover.
Is GoCLN covered by Japanese national health insurance?
No. Preventive and longevity medicine is outside the scope of the national insurance system. All services at GoCLN are private (jiyū shinryō / 自由診療). Receipts are provided and may be submitted to private insurance or employer wellness programs where applicable.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is required. Patients may book an initial consultation directly.
Is English support available?
Yes. Physicians and front-desk staff are bilingual in Japanese and English. Clinical reports are available in both languages.

About the Programs

What is the MIRAI Program?
MIRAI is our comprehensive baseline diagnostic assessment. It includes advanced laboratory testing, imaging, body composition analysis, cardiovascular evaluation, biological age assessment, and an in-depth physician consultation. It is offered in three tiers with increasing depth of analysis.
How long does a MIRAI assessment take?
The in-clinic portion typically takes 3 to 5 hours depending on the tier selected. Results are prepared over 15 to 30 business days, after which a follow-up consultation is scheduled to review findings and protocol.
How often should I repeat the assessment?
Most patients repeat the core diagnostic annually. Certain markers may be monitored more frequently — typically every 3 to 6 months — depending on the protocol.
Can I choose individual tests instead of a full program?
Yes. À la carte diagnostics and single consultations are available. The full MIRAI program is recommended for patients seeking a complete baseline.

About Therapies

Do you prescribe hormone replacement therapy?
When clinically indicated and supported by laboratory data, yes. Hormone optimization is conducted under physician supervision, with follow-up monitoring as a core part of the protocol.
Do you offer IV therapy?
Yes. IV nutrient therapy is available on an individualized basis. We do not administer generic IV drips without clinical justification.
Do you offer peptide or regenerative therapies?
Select peptide and regenerative protocols are available where supported by evidence and appropriate clinical indication. All such therapies are explained in full, with risks and expected outcomes, before any decision.
Are your therapies approved in Japan?
All therapies offered at GoCLN are within the bounds of Japanese medical regulation. Certain protocols are administered under a physician's responsibility under Japan's jiyū shinryō framework; informed consent is obtained in every case.

Pricing and Membership

How much does the MIRAI program cost?
Pricing is transparent. Program I is ¥280,000, Program II is ¥480,000, and Program III is ¥680,000. Each tier includes the in-clinic assessment, physician interpretation, a written protocol, and the follow-up consultation. Full details are listed on the home page.
Is there a membership requirement?
No. GoCLN does not require a membership fee or annual retainer. Patients pay for the services they receive.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit cards and bank transfer. A receipt is issued for every transaction.
Do you offer corporate or executive programs?
Yes. We provide structured executive health assessments for companies. Please contact the clinic for corporate inquiries.

Privacy and Data

How is my medical data stored?
All clinical data is stored in accordance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and medical record retention requirements. The GoCLN digital platform uses encrypted storage and access controls consistent with medical data standards.
Who has access to my records?
Your records are accessible only to the clinicians directly involved in your care and to authorized clinic administrative staff. Data is never shared with third parties without your explicit written consent.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Patients may request a complete copy of their clinical records at any time. Exports are provided in PDF and structured data formats.
