GOCLN Clinic
Methodology

A systematic, evidence-based approach.

GoCLN Clinic's methodology is rooted in a principle of modern preventive medicine: chronic diseases develop over decades, but their earliest markers are often detectable years before clinical symptoms appear. By measuring these markers systematically and interpreting them in the context of each patient's unique biology, we can intervene early enough to alter the disease trajectory.

What we measure

Cardiovascular System

Advanced lipid profiling, inflammatory markers, vascular age, arterial imaging, and cardiac electrical activity. Cardiovascular disease remains the leading cause of death globally. Our panel detects subclinical atherosclerotic risk that routine cholesterol screening misses.

Metabolic Function

Fasting glucose, insulin dynamics, HbA1c, and derived markers of insulin resistance. When indicated, oral glucose tolerance testing (OGTT) and continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) provide a dynamic picture of metabolic health that a single fasting glucose measurement cannot capture.

Hormonal and Endocrine Health

Full thyroid function including autoimmunity markers, sex hormones, stress hormones, and growth factors. Hormonal decline is a hallmark of aging, but it is also highly treatable when identified early and managed appropriately.

Organ Function

Hepatic, renal, and hematologic panels with derived ratios that reveal early dysfunction. Abdominal ultrasound for structural screening of liver, gallbladder, pancreas, and kidneys.

Cancer Risk and Early Detection

Tumor marker screening at baseline. At advanced tiers, circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) liquid biopsy provides a blood-based method for detecting cancer-related genetic fragments — enabling identification of certain cancers years before imaging or symptoms would.

Biological Age and Aging Rate

Using a validated analytical system originally developed by a Stanford University biomathematician, we calculate the biological age of individual organ systems — cardiovascular, pulmonary, neurocognitive, dermatologic, and musculoskeletal — and compare them against a database of over 6,000 patients. This is not a single number. It is a multi-dimensional map of how your body is aging at the organ-system level.

Functional Capacity

Grip strength, body composition (DEXA), cardiovascular fitness, and movement assessment. Research consistently shows that cardiorespiratory fitness and lean muscle mass are among the strongest predictors of longevity — stronger than cholesterol, blood pressure, or smoking status in many studies.

From data to action

How we apply your results.

  1. 01

    Diagnostic Assessment

A structured half-day clinical visit including blood collection, imaging, body composition, cardiovascular testing, and performance evaluation.

  2. 02

    Physician Review

Your physician reviews all results as an integrated clinical picture — not as isolated data points. The biological age assessment provides a framework for identifying which systems require the most urgent attention.

  3. 03

    Personalized Protocol

A written, prioritized action plan addressing your highest-risk areas. Protocols focus on 3 to 5 high-impact interventions — not an overwhelming list of 40 changes.

  4. 04

    Longitudinal Monitoring

Follow-up testing at defined intervals to measure the effectiveness of your protocol and adjust as needed. Your GoCLN digital dashboard tracks all results over time.

Begin with a baseline assessment.

A comprehensive diagnostic visit typically takes 3 to 5 hours. Results are ready within 15 to 30 business days, followed by an in-depth physician consultation.
